Mitchell J. Hebert, M.D.

Dr. Hebert completed his nephrology training at the University of Florida Shands Hospital. Prior to that, he earned his medical degree at LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport before completing his internal medicine  residency at the University of Florida University Hospital.  Dr. Hebert, a native of Breaux Bridge, LA, is board-certified in internal medicine and in nephrology.

Michael W. Roppolo, M.D.

Dr. Roppolo is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana where he earned his medical degree from LSU School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine and fellowship in nephrology at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Dr. Roppolo is board-certified in both internal  medicine and nephrology. In addition to practicing nephrology, Dr. Roppolo  teaches at the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and Earl K. Long Hospital  in Baton Rouge. He is a member of the Louisiana State Medical Society, East Baton Rouge Parish Medical Society and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Daniel E. Marsh, M.D.​ (Retired)

Dr. Marsh is a native of Portland, Oregon. He earned his medical degree at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon, and completed his residency and internship in internal medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland. He completed his nephrology training at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Marsh is board-certified in internal medicine and in nephrology, and is a member of the East Baton Rouge Parish Medical Society, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the American Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.

C. Peter Luscy, M.D.

Dr. Luscy earned his medical degree in his hometown of New Orleans at the LSU School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at LSU Medical Center in Baton Rouge, and his nephrology training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Luscy is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. In addition to practicing nephrology, Dr. Luscy also teaches at the LSU Medical Center residency program at Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton  Rouge.

Dr. Samuel is a native of Kerala, India. He earned his medical degree from Kerala University, and trained in the United Kingdom.  Dr. Samuel is a member of the Royal College of Physicians, and completed his residency and fellowship training at the University of Missouri, Columbia. Dr. Samuel is board-certified in internal medicine and Nephrology. He is a member of the American Society of Nephrology.

Robert P. Landry, M.D.

Dr. Landry completed his nephrology training at the University of Virginia Health System. Prior to that, he earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA, completing his internal medicine residency at the Earl K. Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Dr. Landry, a native of Pierre Part, LA, and is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology.

James E. Yegge, M.D.

Dr. Yegge 
completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin and  his M.D. at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.  He performed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine as well as his fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.  He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.  He maintains medical licenses in Texas and Louisiana.  He is a member of the American College of Physicians, National Kidney Foundation, American Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.  Dr. Yegge is the medical director of the Vascular Access Center at Renal Associates of Baton Rouge, L.L.C, and his primary interest involve vascular access maintenance and intervention, hypertension, diabetic related kidney disorders,  glomerulonephritis and hemodialysis.

Raynold J. Corona, M.D.

Dr. Corona received his B.S. in chemistry from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL.  He received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans and then completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge.  His nephrology fellowship was completed at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.

W. Britton Murrill, M.D.

Dr. Murrill is a native of Baton Rouge.  He received his M.D. from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport.  His internship and residency in Internal Medicine were completed at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a fellowship in Nephrology.  Prior to medical school, Dr. Murrill received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Dr. Murrill is board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified in Nephrology.  He is a member of the American Society of Nephrology.

Dr. Basireddy earned his medical degree at Bangalore Medical College, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Long Island College Hospital, New York. He completed Post Doctoral fellowship in basic research followed by clinical fellowship in nephrology at  the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During this period he had various publications and presentations in the field of nephrology. Dr. Basireddy is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. He is a member of American Society of Nephrology and National Kidney Foundation.

Dr. Smith is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He completed his Bachelor of Liberal Arts at the University of Mississippi and his M.D. at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. He preformed his internship and residency at Earl K. Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Following a year as Chief Resident, he completed his nephrology fellowship at the University of Virginia Health System in Charlettesville, Virginia. Dr. Smith is board-certified in internal medicine and board eligible in nephrology. He is a member of the Renal Physicians Association and American Society of Nephrology.

Dr. O'Neal received his B.S. in microbiology from Louisiana State University A&M in Baton Rouge, LA.  He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA and then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center. His nephrology fellowship was also completed at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center.

Dr. Sim is a native of Seoul, South Korea. He earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama.  He also completed his Fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Sim is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, and is a member of Renal Physicians Association, Medical Association of Georgia, the American Society of Diagnostic & Interventional Nephrology, and the American Society of Nephrology.

Damodar Kumbala, M.D.

​Dr. Kumbala received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from B.M Patil Medical College in India. He did his internal Medicine residency at Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati. He then pursued Nephrology training at Tulane University in New Orleans. He served as the chief nephrology fellow for during his second year of training. He is a professional member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. He is currently an ABIM Board Certified, ABIM Nephrology Certified, and certified in hemodialysis vascular access procedures by ASDIN. He has served as assistant professor of clinical medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine and also Senior Lecturer at University of queens land Brisbane Australia. He has several publications in renal medicine and serves as a reviewer in medical journals. His areas of interest are, vascular access and ICU nephrology. He has invited as a speaker to several national and International conferences.  He enjoys travel and spending time with family. ​
